Our story

A small workshop in Kolkata, a quiet promise to the planet.

Techno-Aid began in 2005 with a single loom and an unwavering belief — that the bags we carry every day shouldn't outlive us in a landfill. Nineteen years on, we're a 300-strong family exporting to forty countries, but our promise hasn't changed.

Mission

Replace plastic, one bag at a time.

Single-use plastic bags take 500 years to decompose. A jute bag from our looms returns to the earth in under two. We exist to make that swap easy, affordable and beautiful for retailers, brands and event organisers worldwide.

Vision

Honest craft, fair pricing, no compromises.

We work directly with farmers, weavers and artisans — no middlemen, no inflated quotes. The price you see is the price we can defend, made with materials we can trace.
